WPC certification requirements
The wireless certification of wireless products in India can be divided into two modes: ETA (Equipment Type of Approval) authentication and license license. The judgment is based on the working frequency band used by the application device. For free open bands such as 13.56 MHz, 433 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.725-5.825 GHz, etc., ETA certification is required; if the device uses other non-free open frequency bands, such as GSM, WCDMA mobile phones, etc., you need to apply for a license.
For ETA certification, India recognizes European standards and WPC signs certificates through audit reports. For licenses, you need to meet Indian standards.
For ETA applications, the product does not need to be sent to India for testing. The product has an R&TTE report to submit an accreditation application to WPC.

WPC certification application process
The customer submits samples and materials and submits the application to NTEK;
